RETURNS

Initiating A Return

At Maison Krew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible items.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at concierge@maisonkrew.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Personalized or Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, are not eligible for return. Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Processing Returns

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
